Antioxidant 1035 is a sulfur-containing hindered phenolic antioxidant designed for high-temperature polymer stabilization. It provides excellent long-term thermal protection and processing stability in polymer systems requiring low volatility and strong anti-aging performance.

    1. Wire & Cable Compounds

Antioxidant 1035 is extensively used in LDPE wire and cable compounds, XLPE cable materials, and carbon-black-filled polymer systems. It improves thermal aging resistance and reduces degradation during extrusion and long-term service exposure.

For advanced cable stabilization systems, it can be formulated together with Antioxidant 626 to enhance processing stability and hydrolysis resistance.

    2. Polyurethane & Flexible Foam

In polyurethane soft foam applications, Antioxidant 1035 helps prevent thermal oxidation and foam scorching problems. It is often used together with liquid antioxidants such as Antioxidant 1135 for improved oxidative protection in PU systems.

    3. Engineering Plastics & Elastomers

Suitable for ABS, PS, PA, elastomers, and thermoplastic compounds, Antioxidant 1035 minimizes polymer chain degradation and helps maintain material strength and appearance during high-temperature processing.

    4. Hot Melt Adhesives

Due to its excellent migration resistance and low volatility, Antioxidant 1035 is widely used in hot melt adhesive formulations and industrial compounding systems requiring long-term thermal stability.

    5. Lubricants & Industrial Oils

The product can also function as an antioxidant additive in specialty lubricants and industrial oils to inhibit oxidative degradation under elevated operating temperatures.
